How to use:

Apply a water-based lubricant to the balls and gently insert them into the vagina one at a time, using the retrieval cords. Once inside, you can keep them in place by gently squeezing the pelvic muscles. Start with the 30g ball for beginners. As you build strength, move up to the heavier 45g ball. Wear them for 15-30 minutes per day while going about normal activities like walking or yoga. To clean:

after use, rinse the balls thoroughly with warm water and an antibacterial soap or toy cleaner. Ensure you clean the retrieval cords as well. For more thorough sanitization, you can boil the balls for 3 minutes or wipe with a 10% bleach solution. Allow to fully air dry before storing them in the included velvet pouch in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight.
