It all started in Montreal, in 1988, when Sylvain Séguin, creator/designer in partnership with Manon Vallée, idea manager/cosmetician, decided to start their high-end cosmetics business, Eau Zone Huiles & Fragrances. Their very first collection was praised and distributed in several countries, which pushed their company to expand rapidly.
Twelve years of success followed, until the year 2000, when the couple decided to launch a new, highly innovative brand of intimate cosmetic products: SHUNGA Erotic Art. Created with the idea that making love is an art in mind, SHUNGA Erotic Art products were, and still are today, designed for couples.
