We sell intimate adult products that require the highest health and hygiene protocols.

Just like your local clothes retailer won’t take back used underwear, we also won’t refund items unless they’re faulty or damaged during shipping. This is really for your protection.

Many of our sex toys, adult products and lingerie are shipped in the usual high quality, professional packaging. However, it is often impossible to tell if it has been opened, used or tampered with.

Lola Montez will not risk our health and safety standards by accepting returned goods – regardless of whether or not a claim states that the product has not been used. Think about it – how would you feel if we sent you a product that someone said they hadn’t used!

Most of our toys come with a one-year manufacturers’ warranty to make sure they are in untampered, good working condition.

 

If my Toy Is Broken! Will You Replace It?

Yes! We will most definitely replace any faulty toy! As long as it is within the year from the date of purchase (1 year from purchase). If your toy is faulty within one month of purchase, we will send a brand-new toy and collect the faulty one immediately. Please get in touch with us via phone call, email, or WhatsApp as soon as your toy has any problems, and we will get it sorted.

 

I’ve Changed My Mind. Can I Return My Products?

The short answer is NO.

 

If the parcel is still on the way to you, or it has just arrived, but you haven’t opened it yet, you can return the products for a credit voucher or refund. We will charge a 10% handling fee at our discretion, but before we can give you a Credit Voucher or refund, the parcel/item will need to return in good condition. These checks are to ensure it has not been opened and tampered with. We cannot accept returns on any items of an intimate nature that have been removed from their packaging unless they are faulty. Please refer to our opening statement.

 

I Ordered The Wrong Size Lingerie. Can I Return It?

We don’t accept returns on any lingerie items that have been removed from their packaging.

When you order your lingerie, be extra-careful that you’re ordering the right size. If you’re not sure you’re welcome to get in touch with us via phone call, email, or WhatsApp as soon as your toy has any problems, and we will get it sorted.
