										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On a monthly basis, we will be giving away a Lola Montez Gift Card worth R1000 to a lucky shopper who submits a review of one of their bought products in compliance with the terms and conditions stated below:</p>
<p>1. <strong>Promoter:</strong> The entity responsible for promoting this competition is Lola Montez.</p>
<p>2.<strong> Competition period:</strong> The competition is set to commence on June 12th, 2023, and will continue until we, at our sole discretion, choose to terminate it (referred to as the &#8220;Competition Period&#8221;). The initial competition winner will be chosen at the start of May 2023.</p>
<p>3. <strong>Who can enter:</strong> If you are a South African resident who is at least 18 years old and eligible to receive the prize under applicable laws, you may participate in this competition. However, you are not permitted to participate if you are a supplier of goods or services related to this competition, or if you are a director, member, partner, employee, agent, or consultant of Lola Montez or any other entity that controls or is controlled by Lola Montez, or if you are the spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, or business partner of any of these individuals.</p>
<p>4. <strong>How to enter:</strong> To participate in this competition, you must take the following steps: (i) purchase a product from Lola Montez within the Competition Period, and (ii) submit a review of your purchased product in the designated review section on the Lola Montez website (which can be found towards the bottom of the product page). Your product review will serve as your contest entry. Once you have successfully submitted and posted the review on the Lola Montez website, you will automatically be entered into the monthly prize draw. It&#8217;s important to note that if you violate the terms outlined in section 5 below, we reserve the right to delete your review from the Lola Montez website and disqualify your entry from the competition.</p>
<p>5. <strong>Content of your entry</strong>: To be considered for entry, your review must successfully pass Lola Montez&#8217;s standard review moderation process, which means that it must not contain any offensive language, defamatory remarks, hate speech, or any other inappropriate content. This includes, but is not limited to, complaints about services or general inquiries that do not relate to the product&#8217;s quality or functionality, comparisons with competitors (such as pricing and availability), or links to external websites. Additionally, your review must be original and not a duplicate of any previous review of the same product, whether written by you or another person. Furthermore, your review must not infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of Lola Montez, its affiliates, or any third party. We reserve the right to remove any reviews that we determine to be in violation of this Section 5 and to modify our review moderation process without prior notification.</p>
<p>6. <strong>How many times you can enter</strong>: You may submit multiple entries for this competition provided that each review adheres to the requirements set forth in Sections 4 and 5. Every unique review that meets the criteria during a given calendar month will automatically be included in that month&#8217;s drawing. Please note that reviews from one month do not carry over into the following month&#8217;s drawing, so you must place a new order and submit a new review to be eligible for the next month&#8217;s contest. All valid entries received in accordance with Section 4 will be combined, and a winner will be randomly selected from the pool of entries. Please allow up to 48 hours for your reviews to be moderated. Due to the technical nature of our business, Lola Montez cannot guarantee that reviews will be published in time for a particular month&#8217;s drawing.</p>
<p>7.<strong> Entry fee:</strong> Participation in this competition is free of charge, and there are no additional fees associated with following the instructions provided in Section 4.</p>
<p>8. <strong>Prize</strong>: One winner per month will receive a Lola Montez gift card worth R1000, which cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. We will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from the loss, unauthorized use or distribution of the prize after it has been delivered to you, whether through loading it onto your Lola Montez profile or via email.</p>
<p>9. <strong>Winner:</strong> The winning review each month will be chosen randomly from all valid entries submitted online at Lola Montez as outlined in section 4 above. The winner will be contacted via the email address linked to their Lola Montez profile or email used on their order during the first week after the draw. To release the prize voucher, the winner will need to complete a competition release form and provide their name, surname, ID number, and telephone number (&#8220;Participant Information&#8221;). Participants are responsible for ensuring that their linked email address is accurate. We will make two attempts to obtain this information directly. The winner must comply with these rules and complete the necessary steps outlined in section 4 above. We may request proof of identity during the validation process. Our decision regarding the application of these rules and selection of a winner is final, and we will not enter into any correspondence with participants other than the winner.</p>
<p>10. <strong>Disqualification of winner</strong>: The prize may be forfeited under certain circumstances, including if the winner: (i) fails to provide requested Participant Information within 72 hours of a second request; (ii) violates any of the rules outlined in these terms and conditions; or (iii) cannot or refuses to provide adequate documentation to verify their identity after being notified of the prize by email. If a winner is disqualified, we reserve the right to select another winner from the pool of competition participants at our discretion.</p>
<p>11. <strong>Use of participant and winner information</strong>: By participating in this competition, you give Lola Montez or a third party nominated by Lola Montez the right to use your Participant Information to deliver your prize to you. In addition, the winner may be asked to allow the use of their image for marketing purposes, to participate in marketing activities, and/or to permit Lola Montez to use their uploaded image in marketing materials. However, the winner has the right to refuse such requests. By entering the competition, you agree to let Lola Montez use the contents of your competition submission, including your product review, for marketing purposes.</p>
<p>12. <strong>Unforeseen events</strong>: If there are unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel the competition, modify the nature or number of the prizes, or make changes to the rules at our discretion.</p>
<p>13. <strong>Rules</strong>: By entering this competition, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all of the rules outlined above, without any exception.</p>

<p>In the event that you have ordered a product that is not available, we will expedite your order with our supplier and will receive this within 2 to 3 days of your order. This means that your order will be with you within 4 &#8211; 6 working days from your order date, if not sooner.</p>
<p>We will always contact you in this regard to ensure that you are satisfied with the above and should you be unsatisfied, we will go to our utmost lengths to ensure you are either provided with a suitable alternative, or we will refund you to the full amount of your order, or by means of a voucher.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Whilst Lola Montez tries to have as much of the inventory available at any given time, we often sell out faster than what we are able to replenish. If an item is displayed as &#8216;out of stock&#8217;, you will not be able to add them to your cart.</p>
<p>We will however be able to notify you should you require feedback and when that particular item is back in stock by clicking on the product, and selecting the ‘Notify Me’ tab.</p>
<p>You will then receive an email when the product becomes available again for purchase. Make sure however, that you are logged in and have provided us with a valid email address.</p>
<p>If you have not logged in &amp; and would like that particular product, email us at info@lolamontez.co.za and we can advise you on when we will be expecting the stock to be available again.</p>
